- Bjoy clothing accepts all major credit cards.
- Company checks are welcome with pre approved credit.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight charges, FOB Bjoy clothings warehouse.NOTICE OF DEFECTS:
- Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise upon receipt.
- Customers must notify Bjoy Clothing in writing within 5 days of receipt of
merchandise of any claims of damages.
- Under no circumstances will Bjoy Clothing accept claims or returns of
merchandise which has been altered or modified in any manner.RETURN POLICY:
- Authorized returns must be made within 5 days after the customer's receipt of merchandise.
- All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
- No order can be canceled once it has been entered into production.
- Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that
are not the result of Bjoy Clothings error.
