1. How do I place a wholesale order?
You can either use the phone or fax to place an order from bjoy clothing.
2. What do you need from me to place a wholesale order?
To place a wholesale order, we need your federal tax id number, company name and contact person. We also need the bill to and ship to address, phone number and fax number.
3. What type of payments do you accept?
Credit card or COD. We are not factored so we try to avoid net 30. However, after we establish a working relationship with you, terms may become available.
4. What is your minimum dollar amount per order?
BJOY clothing’s minimum initial wholesale order is $500.00. Wholesale reorders must be a minimum of $250.00.
5. Will you send us a sample product?
We prefer not to because of time constraint. However, we understand that retail is a tactile business. If you need us to send you a sample or samples, you will have to give us your credit card number and pay for shipping.
6. What are your shipping windows?
Shipping usually takes about 6 weeks. Usually the 30th of each month serves as the cutoff. If you wanted merchandise by May 15th, the cutoff would be March 30th.
7. Are immediates available?
Yes. Often we have stock of our current collection in house and will ship immediately. We try our best to always stock black and white. Please contact us at bjoyinc@comcast.net about current inventory. Also please note that minimums do not apply to immediates.
8. Do you sell internationally?
Yes. But this requires special processing. Tariffs, custom duties, etc. must be taken into account. For international orders please contact us at bjoyinc@comcast.net.
9. Do you offer private labeling?
We prefer to avoid it but several companies love our colors, cut and style so much that they insist. To do it the order must be a minimum of $5000.00. Please contact us at bjoyinc@comcast.net for more information on this service.
10. Can I refer you to another store?
If you have a friend who owns another boutique/spa/studio that is not within a conflicting location, we would love to know about it. BJOY clothing wants to grow, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
